White Owl gave him a map to the Fountain of Youth, where Ponce was wounded from a stray arrow. White Owl treated his wound with the magical waters and then gave him a very special gift, a time traveling ticket. For the ticket to be used, Ponce’s name would have to be spoken by a special gifted person.
Forward to present day when Jennifer and her friend Daniel, discover an old history book in the library while researching for a school project, and unknowingly bring Ponce to life. Ponce, through his magic ticket, rewards them by taking them along on adventures into past cultures, all while they learn about health and the human body.
